- What is client intake software, here: software that lets a client hand a practitioner a standing record of themselves before they ever meet. Session one opens with the practitioner already current. The record is the client's own, not a form filled in for the practice.
- How this differs from a coaching CRM or practice management tool: a CRM keeps the record inside the practitioner's account. Pupul's record belongs to the client, travels with them if they leave the practice, and no entry in it can be backdated.
- What happens to a client's notes when they leave a practice: the client keeps the file. Nothing is exported and nothing is deleted. Every entry the practitioner signed stays in it, attributed to them, and travels to whoever the client works with next.

- Do clients need to install anything: no. A client shares their file, the practitioner reads it and signs entries into it, and the client holds onto it. Handing the same file to an AI is a copy and a paste.
