The VEX Pilot is a ninety-day engagement designed to show you what you can't see standing inside the room. Your team takes the mirror privately. The aggregate reads the team. Leadership sees the shape of it, and nothing more.


What the mirror reads.

Six behavioral signals, derived from the way-your-team-types, not what-they-say-in-surveys. Each one is measured on day one, re-measured at day thirty, again at day sixty, and delivered as a full reading at day ninety.

Trust Index

Coherence between what members say and how they hold. Stable teams read high; oscillating teams read low.

Rhythm Distribution

Count of the eight rhythms across your team. Concentration shows bias. Balance shows range.

Shadow Emergence

Share of members showing Ghost, Storm, or the three forces: Fear, Deception, Hatred. Leading indicator of attrition risk.

Edge Alignment

Variance in conviction. Too narrow = groupthink. Too wide = fracture.

Collision Forecast

Predicted rhythm-pair friction across the team. Points at interpersonal collisions before they surface.

Signal Density

Compressions per active member per week. The team's rhythm of self-reflection, or its absence.

Provision the org

We provision your dashboard at takethemirror.com. You invite your team. Each member takes the mirror on their own time, about eight minutes. Baseline readings are captured.

Day 30 . first readout

Shape of the baseline

The aggregate of baseline readings is delivered as an executive readout. You see the team's rhythm distribution, trust index, shadow emergence. Thirty-minute call. Written summary.

Day 60 . movement

What shifted

Second-round readings are compared against baseline. We surface drift: who moved rhythm, where shadow emerged, where alignment tightened or fractured. Thirty-minute call.

Day 90 . the reading

Executive session

A ninety-minute reading with you and whichever of your leadership team you want in the room. We hand you the full architecture: the shape of your team, the friction points we'd watch, the places where the rhythm is carrying you and the places where it's costing you.

Beyond 90 . optional

Convert to annual

If the pilot reads you, you convert to annual at pilot-credit price. If it doesn't, you walk. No retention pressure. The architecture has to earn it.
