These terms govern your use of pupulcorp.com and any service Pupul Corp provides through this site. By using the site you agree to them. For each Pupul Corp consumer product (Noctara, LUX, VEX, LoLa, DryLies), the product-specific terms apply at that product's domain.

You must be 18 or older to use this site or to engage Pupul Corp commercially. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Paid pilots and licensing engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and any executed order forms or statements of work. Those documents take precedence over these terms for the matters they cover. Pricing for a pilot is set in the order form. Standard pilots are two-week engagements with one written executive readout at the end. The participant individual's readings remain private to the individual.
Pupul Corp and its subsidiaries retain all rights in the architecture, the patent application (US 64/048,624, filed April 24, 2026), the software, the brand marks, and the written work on this site. You receive no license except as expressly stated in a signed agreement or as required by law for ordinary use of a public website.
Nothing on pupulcorp.com or in our services is medical, psychological, legal, or investment advice. Output from the architecture is a written reflection. It is not a diagnosis and it is not a recommendation.
The site and services are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pupul Corp disclaims all implied warranties. Pupul Corp's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or the site is limited to the amount you paid Pupul Corp in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater. Pilot-specific liability caps are negotiated in the MSA.
You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued access creates risk to other users or to the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
