Export your ChatGPT memory into one portable file

ChatGPT will show you what it remembers about you, but it will not hand you a file another AI can use. This page does. Paste the memory lines, get back one clean, structured file you can give to Claude, Gemini, or anything else. It runs entirely in your browser, and nothing you paste leaves this page.

Step 1 . get the text out of ChatGPT

  1. Open ChatGPT, then Settings, then Personalization, then Memory, then Manage. Select the lines and copy them.
  2. Or just ask it: "Summarize everything you remember about me as plain text I can copy." Copy the answer.
  3. Custom instructions work too. Paste anything it knows about you.

Step 2 . paste it here

runs in your browser . no upload . no account . works offline

Your portable memory file

This copy is unsigned. The real thing can be verified and revoked.

The file above is a snapshot of what ChatGPT happened to remember. A pupil is the grown-up version: read from how you actually answer, signed by the issuer so any AI can verify it, and revocable with one tap so every connected AI loses access at once. The read is free and takes about four minutes.

Does this tool upload what I paste?

No. The structuring runs entirely in this page. There is no server call with your text. You can load the page, go offline, and it still works.

How do I get my memory text out of ChatGPT?

Settings, then Personalization, then Memory, then Manage. Copy the lines. Or ask ChatGPT to summarize everything it knows about you and copy its answer.

What is the difference between this file and a pupil?

This file is a photocopy of what one product remembered. A pupil is read from how you move, signed, verifiable by any AI, and revocable everywhere with one tap. This tool is the escape hatch. The pupil is the passport.
