The export is one enormous conversations.json plus an HTML page that will fight your browser if you have used it for more than a few months. This page counts the file on your own device instead: how much you wrote, when, and for how long.
Free, instant, no account. Your file never leaves your browser.
Stays on this device. We cannot see it. Close the tab and it is gone.
Works with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Spotify, X, LinkedIn and Amazon exports. Zip or JSON. No account, no email field, no card.
No file yet? In ChatGPT open Settings, then Data controls, then Export data, then confirm. The download link arrives by email and is reported to expire in about 24 hours.
The Count: drop in one export, see the raw numbers about yourself in about ten seconds.
Ask ChatGPT to export your data. Usually within a few hours you get an email with a zip you cannot really open. Almost everyone opens it once, sees a wall of files with names like conversations.json, and closes it again.
Drag that zip onto this page instead. The Count opens it here, on your own device. Nothing is uploaded. There is no account, no email field, and no "we will send your results to your inbox." You just see them.
This is not a preview and it is not a sample of the paid thing. It is a small free tool that is finished the moment it runs.
That is what is in the file. The Reading is what they concluded from it.
No file yet? Settings, then Data controls, then Export data, then Confirm export. The download link arrives by email and is reported to last about 24 hours, so open it the day it lands. Every other platform has a full guide below.
The Count is finished when it finishes. It is free forever and it is not a trial of anything. If you want the other half, the part where the platform's conclusions about you are written out in sentences with a receipt on every line, that is the Reading, and it is the paid one.
Cancel in one tap, any week. No phone call, no retention offer, no survey.
Ten weeks of the weekly price is 69.90. The year is 69.99. So a full year costs nine cents more than ten weeks, and you can check that arithmetic in your head. Same product either way.
Prices in US dollars. No free trial, because we are not going to price this against people forgetting to cancel. Most people start weekly, and we would rather you move to yearly in a month because you kept using it.
We never charge you to own your own record. Your record, the terms you set on it, your access ledger, the revoke button and the delete button are free forever and are never sold back to you at any price. What you are paying for is the work: reading seven different formats, reconstructing what they concluded, and writing it in a language you can read. If you stop paying, the record is still yours and still exportable.
Secure payment. Card details go to our payment processor and are never stored by Pupul. No automatic price increases. Cancel in two taps from the same dashboard.
Seven days, one tap, inside your dashboard. There is a button that says Refund. You press it and the full amount goes back to the card you used. No email, no form, no chat window, nobody asking why.
Not reliably. The export is built around your conversations, and the saved memory feature is managed on its own screen under Settings and Personalization, where you can read and delete each entry. If you want the memory itself, read it there. The Count counts what is actually in the file you drop in and says so.
No. The Count is a browser tool. Your export is opened by your own browser, counted there, and forgotten when you close the tab. Nothing is transmitted to us, to OpenAI, or to anyone else.
Not for the Count. That runs entirely in your browser and stops existing when you close the tab. For the Reading, your file is processed on our servers because it has to be, it is listed in your access ledger, and you can delete it permanently at any moment.
The Count tells you what is in the file: how many videos, what hours, what you searched, how many categories you are filed under. It is free, instant, and runs on your own machine. The Reading tells you what they concluded from all of it, with the receipts and the mistakes. That is the paid one. They are two different things, not a sample and a full version.
It happens, especially on a newer account or a platform you barely use. The Count will tell you before you pay anything, because it counts what is actually in there. If your file is thin, you will see that in seconds and you can go get a better one first.
Each one is the same tool scoped to a different file. All of them are free, none of them ask for an email, and all of them run on your own device.
Each guide carries the exact taps in order, the reported wait window, the real file size range, what is actually inside, and what the platform leaves out.
