Not reliably. The export is built around your conversations. The saved memory feature is managed on its own screen under Settings and Personalization, where you can read and delete each entry. If you want the memory itself, read it there.
OpenAI expires export links 24 hours after delivery, and says so when you request one. It is a security choice, not a fault. If yours expired, request the export again from Settings and Data controls.
