The Reading is one page built from the official data files the platforms already owe you: what they think you like, what they think you are going through, and which parts of it are wrong. The Count is the free half and it runs in your own browser, with no account and nothing uploaded. The price is here.
That did not reach your Reading, and the problem is on our side.
Your session is fine and nothing about your record changed. This page asked our server for your Reading and did not get an answer it could use. Nothing was lost and nothing was charged.
One page, plain sentences, ordered by how strongly they believe it, with a receipt on every line: the claim, where in your file it came from, and how many events it was built on.
The Count is free, needs no account, and runs entirely in your browser. That is what is in the file. The Reading is what they concluded from it.

Ten weeks of the weekly price is 69.90. The year is 69.99. So a full year costs nine cents more than ten weeks, and you can check that arithmetic in your head. Same product either way.
Prices in US dollars. No free trial, because we are not going to price this against people forgetting to cancel. Most people start weekly, and we would rather you move to yearly in a month because you kept using it.
We never charge you to own your own record. Your record, the terms you set on it, your access ledger, the revoke button and the delete button are free forever and are never sold back to you at any price. What you are paying for is the work: reading seven different formats, reconstructing what they concluded, and writing it in a language you can read. If you stop paying, the record is still yours and still exportable.
Refund
Seven days, one tap, inside your dashboard. There is a button that says Refund. You press it and the full amount goes back to the card you used. No email, no form, no chat window, nobody asking why. We built it that way because a refund you have to fight for is not a refund. If you refund, your Reading stays readable for the rest of the period you paid for, and your free record stays yours forever.
Secure payment, handled by Stripe. Tapping Unlock opens a Stripe checkout run for Noctara, the company that builds Pupul, so the address bar will say so. Your card number goes to Stripe and is never seen or stored by Pupul. No automatic price increases. Cancel in two taps from the same dashboard.

This is the step where something leaves your device.
The free Count never sends anything anywhere. The Reading is different, and we are not going to bury that. Here is exactly what happens, in order.
Your file opens here, in this browser. We unzip it in this tab. The archive itself is never uploaded, not on this page and not on any other.
This page reads it and builds a summary: how many things you watched, searched, liked or bought, the interest categories each company assigned you, an hour by hour histogram, and the path inside the archive every number came from.
You get shown that summary in full. Not a description of it. The actual text, every byte, before anything moves.
You tick the box for that specific file. There is no account level permission that covers the next one.
Only then does the summary get sent, and only the summary. No video titles, no search text, no messages, no track names, no names of people you know, no photos.
This page is the exact contract. We would rather hold arithmetic and their conclusions than hold your archive.
Nothing is sent when you choose a file. Choosing it only opens it here so you can see what is in it.

Ordered by how fast they arrive, quickest first. Request my file opens that platform's own export page in a new tab, and this page remembers you asked, even if you close it and come back in a week. The pill on each row is where that platform stands.
This checklist lives in this browser only. It is never sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data clears it. The files themselves come from each platform's own official export tool, always. If you switch on the Watcher for a platform, that one thing lives on our side instead: a single-purpose mail address made for that watch, the ready flag, and, only where the download link works without a login, the file it points to, which we read into your Reading for you so it is waiting done. Mail to that address that is not a recognised ready email is dropped unread and never stored. We never hold a password of yours and never sign in as you.

Every build is also written to your access ledger in the dashboard, as a row saying which file, how big, and that no archive was received.
This removes the Reading itself on the spot. Your record, the terms you set on it, your access ledger, revoke and delete stay free and yours either way.
