Every read is chosen by the person taking it, and each person sees and owns their individual read before anything aggregates. Nothing renders below five consented reads. No one is named, scored, or ranked, ever. Culture context and consented reads only; the packet reads rooms, it does not file people.

Five consented reads is the floor; below it, the packet stays locked. It works from a five-person team to a few hundred.
Will our people trust it?
The consent kit is written for them, not for you. Each person owns their read, sees it first, and separately chooses to contribute. The floor of five and the no-naming rule are enforced in the architecture.
Is this an employee monitoring tool?
No. There is nothing passive or hidden in it: every read is a chosen, consented act, and the packet reports the room in aggregate, never a person.
Can our coach or consultant run it for us?
Yes. Coaches and consultants bring the packet to client companies through the reseller program.
