Every term, your learners start over. They do not have to.

A student's history usually lives in the last teacher's notebook, so every new term, teacher, or studio resets them to zero. Pupul gives each learner one profile that follows them, so lesson one with you starts where lesson forty with someone else ended.

Nothing here is a promise. Read the public revocation list or run the live revoke demo yourself.

The problem

Where a learner's progress
goes to disappear.

You already know these three. Every teacher does. None of them are your fault, and all of them come from the record living in the wrong place.

01 / The reset

The September start-over

Every new term, the same ritual: guess the level, re-teach what they know, re-discover what they struggle with. Weeks of paid time spent finding out what somebody already knew.

02 / The notebook

Progress lives in your head

What each learner is on, what clicked, what to try next: it is in your memory, a spreadsheet, or nowhere. When you are away, nobody can cover for you well.

03 / The question

"So, how is it going?"

A parent asks and you rebuild the answer from scratch, and it always comes out vaguer than the truth. Steady progress is real but invisible.

What you get

Teach the student,
not the intake form.

One profile per learner, owned by the learner or their guardian, read by every teacher they approve.

Lesson one starts at lesson forty

A new learner shares their profile and you see where they actually are: what they covered, what stuck, what to try next.

Notes that follow the learner

Your lesson notes live in the learner's profile, dated and credited to you. They keep them when they move on, and the next teacher starts caught up.

The parent answer, already written

A guardian sees the same steady record you see. Progress stops being a feeling and becomes a line they can look at any day.

A log nobody can invent

Entries are dated the moment they land. A practice log or a progress claim cannot be written the night before an exam or a recital.

Cover without the chaos

A substitute or co-teacher the learner approves reads the same picture you have, so a missed week does not derail a term.

It grows on its own

Every sign in adds a dated check-in automatically. The profile grows from lessons actually happening, not from extra admin.

Who owns it

The learner owns the profile. You are the teacher in it.

One sign in covers everything here, and the controls never move: the learner, or their guardian, can revoke your access or delete the profile at any moment, and both stay visible. Your notes travel precisely because the profile is theirs, and that is why families trust it.

FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

What does the instructor room cost?
$19 monthly. Every learner's own profile is free, and so is a guardian's view of it. Revoke and delete never cost anything, for anyone.
What happens when a student changes teachers?
Their history goes with them, because it was always theirs. The new teacher, once approved, opens caught up, and your notes stay in the record, credited to you.
Can parents see the record?
Yes. When a learner's profile is set up by a guardian, the guardian tends it and sees the same steady picture the teacher does. For a child, ownership transfers to them at eighteen, automatically and intact.
Does this replace my scheduling or billing tool?
No. Keep whatever you use to book lessons and get paid. Pupul is only the learner's continuous history, the part no scheduling tool keeps.
