Why one page names all of this

One engine. Many templates.

Every room below is built the same way: one primitive, one template on top. The primitive is what makes a record worth trusting. The template is what makes a room fit the person using it. Only one of those two things is allowed to change room to room.

Every row below is a real job we intend to serve. Two of them are built and held, because the page promises a template that onboarding does not route to yet, and we would rather delay a page than publish one whose signup path contradicts it. The rest have no page at all: either the template has not been written, or in one case, the law it depends on has not been built. A surface publishes only when a genuinely different template exists and the path a visitor actually takes leads to it.

What no room can change

The part that stays

If a room could weaken any of this to fit a market better, it would stop being the same product. None of it is negotiable, whatever the template on top asks for.

Append only

Every room writes forward in time only. Nobody, including us, can insert or edit an entry dated in the past.

Signed checkpoints

The ledger publishes signed checkpoints anyone can verify offline, in any room, without asking our permission.

Revocation is public

Every revoked grant is published to a list anyone can read, in every room, including the count.

Null, never false

A claim no room can evidence comes back null. Nothing here reads absence as a finding, in any room.

Consent is shape only

A grant carries the shape of what was agreed to share, never the content. This is true in every room, including a coach's or an employer's.

The control register never leaves

How a person yields under pressure is sealed by construction. It is absent from every read that leaves them, in every room, not withheld by policy.

Is this one product or a lot of pages?

Is Pupul one product or a portfolio of products?
One product. There is one record: append-only, consented, revocable, owned by the person it describes. Practitioner, personal, family, developer and research are templates on that same record, each with its own prompts, cadence and print format. None of them is a separate app, a separate database, or a separate consent rail.
What is a template, exactly?
A template declares what a room asks for, when it asks, what counts as a milestone, how a handoff works, and what a printed or exported version looks like. A template can never touch consent, ownership, or the rule that the record only appends. Those three are the engine's, not any template's, so no room can weaken them to fit a market.
Why does Pupul have so many landing pages?
Because there are genuinely different people asking for this: a coach who wants a client caught up by session one, a parent who wants a record their child owns at eighteen, a developer who wants a user to arrive already consented. Each page exists because the job is real and materially different, not because a page is cheap to generate. A page that cannot show a real difference from an existing one does not get built as its own page.
Does every room cost the same?
No, each room prices for who is holding it. The practitioner room is free software with the first client read free, then per-read after that. The personal room is free to start, then a yearly or monthly rate. Team and developer pricing differs again. Every room links to its own exact numbers rather than repeating them here.
What is queued but not live yet?
Instructors and apprentice hours are built but held: their templates are written and validated, but onboarding does not route to them yet, so publishing them would promise something the signup path does not deliver. Behind those: homeschool portfolios, writers proving their own process, a creator mode, new-hire onboarding, candidate continuity, youth skill development, founders and advisors, independents, transaction advisors, and associations. Each is named above with the honest reason it is not live: usually a template that has not been written yet, or in one case, law that has to be built before the surface can ship responsibly.
