If your work lives inside Claude, Claude wins on the day to day. Projects organize files and chats natively, which Pupul does not do and does not try to do. Memory works without any handover step, which means you never think about it, and never thinking about it is exactly what a memory feature is for.
Pupul asks one thing Claude never asks: the deliberate handover. That is friction, and we will not pretend otherwise.
